Self worth and finding peace within
The American Psychological Association defines integration as the coordination or unification of parts into a totality.

"The integration and acceptance of our totality - our successes, failures, life experiences, traits, behavioural patterns, desires, upbringing, intergenerational content, and the aspects of ourselves that we shut out, compare to others, or fear will exclude us from belonging - is necessary for us to feel grounded in our self-worth.

The more we integrate all aspects of ourselves, the more able we are able to make conscious decisions, reduce internal conflict, and live with greater well-being. This integration improves the quality of our relationships, increases our chances of aligned success, allows us to live in the fullness of who we are, and helps us feel peace within.
This is my wish for everyone I am privileged to work with." Lutz Otto
Transformation
"Transformation is an evolutionary process that we deeply feel and experience. Once it occurs, we move beyond just understanding it intellectually to fully and sustainably living the change. We embody a rooted version of our authentic self, with acceptance and clarity that transcends our past. This shift is such, that even under pressure or when very relaxed, we do not unconsciously revert to our old ways. Such transformation can occur multiple times in our lives." Lutz Otto
Vulnerability
"Believing that vulnerability is unsafe is at its best a basic defense, and in reality, an illusion. Our psychological and physiological makeup, our humanness, makes each of us vulnerable, whether we would like to believe it or not. The vulnerability and courage of doing the work necessary to find and show our truth far outweighs the lifelong burden of living an inauthentic life." Lutz Otto
“Not the world, not what’s outside of us, but what we hold inside traps us. We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.” Gabor Mate
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is widely embraced as focused, facilitative, personalized, catalytic, empowering, and growth-oriented development that takes place through a professional collaborative relationship.

Why executive coaching?

As you climb higher up the ladder, and not necessarily in a traditional leadership position, things change. Peoples perceptions of you change, information flows change, competitive dynamics amongst peers change, expectations change, the pace changes, things at home change, and anxieties change. Your expertise has been honed on the technical aspects of your role, strategy, planning, tactical execution, and objective achievement, and this has served you very well. You though realize that you have not afforded enough time to understand yourself, how this plays out in how you lead, and that starting a process like this, is not only necessary to deliver your objectives, but to living a more fulfilling life.

I create a safe, neutral, supportive, collaborative, constructively challenging, interpretive, and confidential space where we work on your:
-
Cultivating deeper self and other awareness. Better understanding human behaviour and underlying motivations.

-
Developing conscious, deliberate, effective, and authentic leadership capabilities.
-
Strengthening the foundations of your self-esteem. Enabling personal agency. Learning to better leverage your unique strengths. Learning to acknowledge and accept that which we are inadequate with.
-
Better understanding how self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and imposter syndrome come alive, and how to work with these.

-
Enhancing your ability to navigate complexity, change, and/ or transitions into new roles.
-
Making sense of your story, saying the things that need saying, and then moving forward in a way that brings growth.
-
Developing better relationships and fostering more meaningful connections. Identifying and working with relational patters.
-
Coming to better navigate organizational and/ or group dynamics.
-
Holding yourself better in challenging situations and better working through personal difficulties.
-
Making better conscious choices. Defining needs, desires, and values. Defining goals and working towards them.
-
Improving your psychological wellbeing and better managing your anxieties. Learning to better navigate the work, love and play triad.
-
Finding and developing sustained meaning.
Collectively, these outcomes contribute to building aligned teams, accelerating organizational performance, and achieving your objectives. When done well, these create a systemic impact.
Client profile

The people who decide to partner with me are deeply committed to their journey and intentionally seek to work with an experienced practitioner who also has executive leadership experience. Often referred, roughly 15% of my clients come to me with personal growth as their initial objective, the other 75% arrive with something they are trying to work through – To this point:
-
The 15% who proactively invest in their growth are significantly better prepared to navigate the inevitable complexities of life.
-
Neither category express regret in starting their journey. All wished that they had begun sooner, and once they experience the benefits of their process, their commitment to the process is ongoing.
What unites my clients is a desire for deeper self-knowledge, a need to make better sense of their current situation, and a clear intention to move forward purposefully. They represent a diverse spectrum of industries, including accounting, academia, banking, building, consulting, coaching, creative fields, education, engineering, IT, legal, manufacturing, mental health care, medicine, retail, and the sciences.

Often, their pursuit of growth has already involved exploring pop-psychology, utilizing positive thinking philosophies, some past experience with coaches or therapists, engaging in coaching models based on the back end of elite or extreme sports, and completing various personality assessments. However, despite initial promise, they have found these approaches insufficient; And this has led them to them to recognize that sustainable growth requires deeper work, over time.
